Action Community for Entrepreneurship (ACE) is the National Voice for Singapore Startup Ecosystem. ACE focuses on five pillars that are crucial for any ecosystem: Startups, Corporations, Institutes of Higher Learning, Risk Capital, and Public Sector. As the driving force behind Singapore as an Innovation Island, ACE is creating a virtual and physical space where ideas, knowledge, and capability are transformed into value efficiently.

Established in 2003 by the Ministry of Trade & Industry, ACE is supported by the Singapore government under the patronage of Dr. Tan See Leng, Minister in the Prime Minister’s Office, Second Minister for Manpower, and Second Minister for Trade and Industry.

CDTI is Spain’s National Innovation Agency. The entity of reference in Spain promoting competitiveness and entrepreneurship, supporting and funding business research, technological development and innovation of Spanish stakeholders, and the generation and consolidation of new tech-based enterprises.

Reporting to the Ministry of Science and Innovation, Spain, through its overseas network and institutional linkages, it bridges and fosters the engagement of Spanish R&D stakeholders (university, corporates, innovation-driven enterprises, risk capital providers and Government institutions) with international R&D ecosystems.

The Institution of Engineers, Singapore (IES) was formally established in July 1966 as the national society of engineers in Singapore. IES is the premier engineering institution in Singapore and is called upon by the Government to provide feedback on professional engineering matters.

IES is well represented among the faculty members of the major engineering institutions of higher learning in Singapore. Through close collaboration with the local universities and polytechnics, IES organises courses, seminars and talks for engineers and IES members to advance the continuous development of engineers.

The Institution maintains close links with professional organisations of engineers regionally and throughout the world. These include organisations in Australia, China, Japan, United Kingdom and the United States. The Institution also represents Singapore in the ASEAN Federation of Engineering Organisations (AFEO) and the Federation of Engineering Institutions of Asia and the Pacific (FEIAP) in promoting goodwill and fellowship among all engineers in ASEAN and the Asia-Pacific region.

Through its Engineering Accreditation Board (EAB), IES obtained full signatory status in the Washington Accord (WA) in June 2006. The entry grants IES the authority to represent Singapore, the first country within the ASEAN region which has obtained full signatory status in the WA, to vet education systems under the WA mutual recognition framework.

IES-Incubator and Accelerator (IES-INCA) is a strategic initiative by The Institution of Engineers, Singapore (IES) to support engineers in Technopreneurship. IES-INCA is a platform “by engineers for engineers” and promotes as well as supports entrepreneurial engineers in the scale up stage of their venture through our incubation program or mentoring first time entrepreneurs through the SgFounder program. We support engineers with deeptech innovations to be successful in commercialising their products and services.

The Institute of Technical Education (ITE), Singapore, was established as a post-secondary institution in 1992, under the Ministry of Education. ITE is a principal provider of career and technical education and a key developer of national skills certification and standards skilling Singapore for the future economy. It offers three key programmes - (1) Pre-Employment Training for youths after secondary education (2) Continuing Education and Training for adult learners and (3) Industry-Based and Work-Study Programmes with employers.  Under its 'One ITE System, Three Colleges' Governance Model, ITE has three Colleges - ITE College Central, ITE College East and ITE College West.
